Billing and Payment

Whenever you purchase the selected subscription plan, bill will be raised accordingly with amount paid and duration of subscription. Payment is received through any designated payment gateway like UPI, cheque, demand draft, online transfer, credit card etc. No cash payment is received. Please note we are not storing your credit card details or passwords.

Refunds

Eligibility of Refunds

However, refund may be considered if any customer is facing serious technical issues and unable to use our service in the initial days after purchase of any subscription plan and our team is unable to resolve it.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be considered in the following circumstances

Change of Mind: After purchase of any subscription plan, if you change your mind due to any reason, then you are not eligible for a refund.

Automatic renewal of Subscription: If your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle and you don’t want to continue then we shall not be able to consider your request of refund. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription timely.

Subscription Cancellations

It is simple and easy to cancel your subscription any time. You can access your account setting and opt for cancellation or you may contact our support team to help you in the matter. Cancellations are effective immediately and no further billing will be raised in your name.

Post-Cancellation Access

After cancellation of your subscription if any validity period is left in your account then your subscription will remain live and you can access it any time till the end of validity. After expiry of validity period, your data will be removed permanently without your notice.

Changes in the Policy
